Body Corporate Chairs' Group Incorporated

Body Corporate Chairs' Group Incorporated

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in body corporate matters.

Financial membership

There are two forms of financial membership:

  • Body Corporate membership – the member is the BC, company share or other form of strata title building occupancy. The BC may choose whoever they wish to represent them at meetings although the BCCG recommends that this is the BC Chairperson as this is whom the meeting content is targeted at.

  • Associate membership – for those in the media, BC management companies, public servants interested in BC matters or anyone with an interest in BC management. Associate members do not have voting rights.

Membership fees cover free attendances at all meetings (every 2-3 months) with a report sent out to financial members afterwards on each meeting (including any speaker’s presentation). Resources to assist BC chairs will be available free of charge to financial members.

Non-financial membership

Body corporates can be on the BCCG database without payment of a fee. Non-financial members will be notified of every meeting and may attend those meetings but there is a $40 door charge. This will be credited towards the annual subscription if you decide to become a financial member of the group. Non-financial members will be charged for any resources developed by the group.

The BCCG financial year runs from 1 July to 30 June.

Subscription rates for the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017 are:
